An university communication experience analized from the communication/education field

The present work is proposed as an instance of analisys of a practice of concrete communication/ education, occurring from the creation of the radio of the National University of the South (Bahía Blanca, Argentina).
This analysis will focus on the phenomena that occurred in it, trying to understand them as constitutive processes of culture and the production of social meanings, as instances of democratization of communication, and as mediations that have a political dimension that understands intervention in the cultural field as a form of political intervention.
