We present studies carried out within the framework of a master's thesis whose interest attends to the regulation of young people's behaviors in secondary schools in contexts characterized by flexibility and self-management. The analysis of legislation developed within the framework of the new Provincial Education Law of Santa Cruz is proposed, which promotes new ways of being and being in the institution, the ways in which this proposal is experienced in schools and the strategies implemented. In this framework the coexistence regimes are replaced by coexistence agreements formulated in a participatory and democratic spirit. We hypothesize that, as a result of the changes that have taken place in recent years, modifications are being made that involve flexibility in behavior regulation practices.
