This brief communication article presents the initial results of a research project focused on soft skills training through the construction of a coworking space. This initiative was part of an internal communication program at the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of San Juan, designed for students of Electronic Engineering and Bioengineering programs. Student participation was voluntary, and the project's purpose was to foster the sense of belonging and promote the development of soft skills. Once the space was operational, a survey was conducted among those who had participated in its construction, as well as among those who did not, but currently use it to interact and develop various activities. Based on these results, we analyze whether the experience had an impact on the intended objective. This allows us to think about new strategies to Coworking enrich the experience and achieve the stated goals.
