The Socio-educational Operator Diploma in Social and Solidarity Economy as a pedagogical device of resistance and care

The objective of this work is to share the training experience of the University Extension Diploma of Socio-Educational Operator in Social and Solidarity Economy (DOSESS), which since 2010 has been taught at the National University of Quilmes.
The DOSESS is an integral trajectory of university education oriented to the inclusion of workers in higher education. In particular, we are interested in reflecting on and making visible the articulations and educational practices related to the issue of gender and education and, in particular, care as a social and economic problem.
In this sense, from our perspective of analysis, we consider that the Diploma has become a pedagogical device of resistance and care, above all for women from the popular sectors.
In the same work we will share an incipient reflection of a survey we conducted with a group of students of the Diploma on their perception of care tasks and the use of time and how the educational experience in the University.
Finally, we are interested in reflecting on public policies and, in particular, on what was the transition process from the “Ellas Hacen” to the “Hacemos Futuro” and its consequences for women
