Territorial academic strategy in popular, social and solidary economy: the proposal of the territorial nodes of the CREES-UNQ Project

Abstract

In this article we propose to give an account of a territorial academic strategy in popular social and solidarity economy that has been promoted from the Southern Observatory of Social and Solidarity Economy "CREES" of the Department of Economics and Administration of the National University of Quilmes, which we call territorial nodes. For this, we will characterize and analyze the case of the territorial node of Ezpeleta.

In the first section of the article we will take a brief tour of the proposal of the CREES Project of the UNQ in relation to participatory action research (PAR) and the look with which we approach the practices in the territory, to later delve into a second section to present the territorialization strategy of the CREES UNQ project through the description of the community of practices and the territorial nodes.

Finally, we will carry out a characterization of the territorial node of Ezpeleta that will allow us to contextualize the strategy that is being developed in the territory with the community.

All this, following some postulates linked to territorial development studies, will allow us to analyze the proposal of the territorial node from the Innovation Matrix (Camagni and Capello, 2013) and outline a territorial socioeconomic development strategy.
