Abstract

In Argentina, social and productive enterprises turn to the different institutions and support programs of the scientific and technological system in search of advice, support in the development of their projects, financing, social capital or strategic alliances. Occasionally, public organizations with a presence in the territory are the catalysts for different policies or tools. This paper analyzes and characterizes the links between the CAMVI (Comunidades Andinas Manejadoras de Vicuñas) and INTA (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria), the relationship with the reference technicians, their influence on the determination of public support programs and policies, and how communities contribute to the co-creation of methodologies and knowledge, and how, in the period 2016-2021, they appropriated those resources and applied them to the resolution of the socio-productive problems of the region.
