Abstract

The Tecnicatura Universitaria en Economía Social y Solidaria (TUESS) is a career of the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes for the training of management cadres of self-managed associative organizations, public policies aimed at socioeconomic development and educational experiences on the subject. Its study plan was designed with 18 quarterly subjects and 3 annual professional practice seminars.

Its first cohort (2012-2014) was developed in agreement with the National Ministries of Education and Social Development for the training of members of work cooperatives formed within the framework of the Argentina Trabaja, Enseña y Aprende Program.

This paper aims to present an approach to the TUESS proposal, the learning subject of the first cohort (population characteristics and public policy proposal), its professionalizing practices and the importance of these territorial collective interventions in its training process.
