Emerging computing brings together a set of highly specialized techniques, designed to handle complex problems but with the uniqueness of working with mathematical operations that mimic the behavior of nature. One of these techniques is the optimization algorithms based on ant colonies; these algorithms reproduce the behavior of real ants in an artificial ant colony to solve complex minimal path problems. Through this work algorithms and mathematical models are described that will allow us to define an Emerging System of Distributed Epidemiological Surveillance, these are considered as information cycles that involve the participation of providers of health care services. As a result, a simulation of the interaction of the nodes (Medical Centers) with respect to their environment is obtained, managing resources and generating an epidemic risk alert.
