The following work proposes to reflect on the trajectory of family farming fairs in the province of Neuquén and Rio Negro. These can be considered as part of a system of production, distribution and exchange of goods that is constituted as a technology of access to markets. The socio-technical trajectory and the multiple configurations that it acquired are specially studied, establishing three deployment phases. This process made it possible to place the system on a specific historical trajectory linked to specific socioeconomic contexts. Understanding that they express complex and heterogeneous social relations that make the production and exchange of goods and services possible within the framework of increasingly complex alliances that implied their own alignment and coordination processes.
