This essay aims to reflect on the processes of political exclusion, its recipients and the fundamentals used to explain the mechanisms of marginality that will support the organization (1852-1880) and consolidation (1880-1955) of the Argentine State. The intention is to analyze and understand the multiple forms of exclusion on which the classification processes of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries are protected. The aim is to show how the coercive imposition of an exclusionary inclusion logic allowed forging the hegemonic project of the ruling elites. The inclusion and proliferation of recent studies on this subject provide new clues to analyze, from the field of social sciences, the underlying tensions to the relationship between State and civil society in the different historical-political situations of our country. The final reflection aims to recover the reformulations attributed to the concept of exclusion and the challenges that democratic regimes face today with respect to the new social conditions introduced by the globalized world.
